Offroad Tents – Shipping & Returns Policy

RETURNS

  • Return Window: 60 days from shipment date. No exceptions after 60 days.

  • Condition: Must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Any wear, damage, or missing packaging voids eligibility.

  • Approval Process: Email info@offroadtents.com with photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we’ll send a return authorization (RMA).

  • Costs: Customer pays all return shipping unless due to a defect or a wrong item shipped. Shipping fees, Shipping Protection, and original delivery costs are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fees: Apply to all non-defective returns and may be higher if the item needs repair or repackaging. Restocking fees typically range from 15% - 25%. 

  • Condition Check: Refund issued only after inspection confirms the new condition. If not, a partial refund will be issued at our discretion.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • Must provide photos and proof of purchase.

  • Offroad Tents/manufacturer may first offer a repair or replacement part before authorizing a return.

  • Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

  • Do not return directly to the manufacturer without our approval.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Before Shipping: Free cancellation within 24 business hours after placing the order, unless a special order.

  • Special Orders (custom-made or >4-week lead time): 5% cancellation fee after 72 hours of placing the order. 

  • After Shipping: Order is treated as a return—customer pays return shipping + restocking fees.

SHIPPING

  • Shipping fees vary by product. Certain oversized items have fixed freight rates.

  • An order is “shipped” when a tracking number is issued. Tracking may take up to 72 hours to update.

  • Some products are made to order and can take up to 32 weeks. We will confirm lead times before processing.

  • For large or oversized items shipped via freight, the customer must be present to receive delivery. If a delivery is missed, re-delivery or storage fees may apply.

  • Please inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Any visible or concealed damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery. Damage not reported at delivery will be considered accepted in good condition and may void your ability to file a claim.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Some products may ship directly from the manufacturer.

RECEIVING & INSPECTION

  • Inspect all deliveries before signing. If damaged, refuse delivery and note the damage on the carrier’s receipt. Take photos immediately.

  • If you accept a damaged shipment without noting it, Offroad Tents is not responsible for replacements or refunds.

  • If you are unavailable for scheduled delivery, you may be charged return shipping plus a restocking fee.

WARRANTY

  • All warranties follow the manufacturer’s policy. Manufacturer and Offroad Tents may repair, replace, or send parts at their discretion.

  • Warranty does not cover installation damage, misuse, wear and tear, commercial use, or modifications.

  • Customer is responsible for freight to and from the repair location unless stated otherwise by the manufacturer.
