Low Profile & Lightweight:
The Prinsu roof rack for the Subaru Outback has two excellent features that set it apart from any competitor: it's both lightweight as well as really low profile. And what are the benefits of that?
First of all, the low profile ensures there isn't as much wind resistance as with other rack brands. With just over two inches of added height to your Outback's roof, you're looking at a thin, aerodynamic and silent rack. It also comes with a wind deflector to reduce the wind noise, and the impact on fuel consumption isn minimal. Plus, such a low height allows you to park in any garage.
Add to that the fact that this Prinsu Subaru Outback roof rack weighs only 46 lbs, that's right, just 46 lbs. The aluminum construction is strong, sturdy and reliable, yet light enough to reduce fuel consumption, and make it easier for you to install and manipulate.
Modular With Multiple Tying Points
This Prinsu Subaru Outback roof rack is what you call modular, which means you can remove any cross bar (also called slats) at any given time. It comes with 8 of these crossbars, you can remove as many as you want to fit your needs. For example, this is a sunroof ready rack, as you can remove the front slats to give room for the sunroof to open. Just remember, the more slats you remove, the lower the weight capacity of the rack.
Prinsu redesigned all crossbars to have more tie down points, meaning each crossbar has channels on all 4 sides of them, so you can tie down anything to them by using bolts, tie down rings or such. Carrying cargo has never been safer.
Finally, add to it an led light bar if you want to, whether that is on the front, or even on the sides. The installation options are essentially limitless!
