DECKED was founded by Jake Peters and Lance Meller while they were trying to figure out a way to better organize their truck bed and that is how the DECKED drawer system was born.

How waterproof is a DECKED drawer system?

While the DECKED drawer system is weatherproof it is not fully waterproof. It will keep your items dry even during the harshest of storms and it will stay sealed while at a car wash. But it is not completely sealed and some water might get in there and that's why it is not recommended that you leave any of the more fragile and delicate items in there as there is a possibility of them getting damaged by the water.

How much weight can a DECKED drawer hold?

DECKED drawers can withstand around 200lbs of weight capacity while the frame itself can hold up to 2000lbs of weight which is more than impressive and it gives you the ability to load up more items on top of the DECKED drawer system frame.

Can you use a DECKED drawer system with toolbox?

DECKED drawer system cannot be used with DECKED toolbox system but you can always use a regular portable toolbox that you can fit inside the DECKED drawer system. You can even use some of the shallower crossover toolboxes like the DeeZee toolboxes that will fit above the deck.
