Alu-Cab Chevy Colorado & GMC Canyon Contour Canopy With Side Windows (2023–Present)
The Alu-Cab Contour Canopy transforms the Colorado/Canyon bed into a secure, weatherproof cargo space, ideal for both work and adventure. Crafted from precision-engineered aluminum, this truck cap balances lightweight strength with practical features, including sliding side windows, positive-pressure ventilation, integrated roof rails, and wide side-door access, ensuring your equipment stays protected, accessible, and ready for any task.
Tailored for Colorado/Canyon owners seeking a no-compromise canopy, the Contour with side windows improves airflow, light, and usability without reducing security. Despite its lightweight design, it’s durable enough to carry roof-mounted gear and accessories. Inside, reinforced roof braces and an internal base frame provide built-in tie-down points, allowing you to secure tools, camping gear, or trade equipment without drilling or modifying your truck.
Colorado/Canyon Contour Canopy Overview
The Contour canopy line leverages aluminum’s superior strength-to-weight ratio, making it significantly lighter than steel yet capable of supporting heavier rooftop loads. The contoured roof and formed panels enhance rigidity while keeping overall weight low, providing a strong foundation for rooftop tents, solar panels, awnings, or racks without overloading your vehicle.
Optimized Access & Ventilation
The model with side windows delivers excellent daylight and cross-ventilation via sliding front and side windows, plus a front positive-pressure vent that minimizes dust entry while driving. Three full-opening side doors with centre-flex waterproof hinges and double seals allow weatherproof access to your cargo bay—keeping water out even when opened in the rain.
Purpose-Built Interior & Mounting Options
Inside, roof cross braces and the internal base frame double as tie-down rails, enabling secure gear storage or accessory mounting without drilling. Integrated roof rails accommodate load bars, awnings, rooftop tents, or solar panels immediately. Tamper-proof locks, internal LED lighting, and a high-level brake light enhance both security and usability for work or recreation.
