A 270 degree awning is the best thing you can bolt to a roof rack and the most annoying thing to take off it. So most people leave it on all winter. These are the awning mounting brackets that fix that.

This 270 awning mount bolts to the side profile of your Slimline 3 rack and stays there. Four self-aligning stainless steel bobbins fit to your awning base, with no awning modification required. After that it is two latches: release them and lift the awning off, no tools involved. Weight limit is 66 lbs, and everything needed to install it is in the box.

How It Works

The whole system is a one-time install followed by seconds every time after.

Bracket to rack. The two rack mounts bolt to the side profile of your Slimline 3. This is the part you do once, with the supplied stainless hardware and the fitment guide.

Bobbins to awning. The four self-aligning stainless steel bobbins secure to your awning base using the supplied awning plates. No drilling, cutting, or modification to the awning itself.

Lift on, latch down. The bobbins drop into the rack mounts and self-align as they seat. Close the two latches and the awning is secured.

Release and lift off. Two latches, then lift. That is the entire removal process, and it takes seconds rather than an afternoon.
