Specifically designed to fit the 3rd Gen Toyota Tacoma with a 5' long bed, the Front Runner pro bed rack secures to the bed of the Tacoma with specific mounting brackets. Drilling is however required for fitment, as it ensures greater stability in off road settings. It has a sleek and modern design that provides the freedom to customize your rig towards your needs and mount accessories you see fit. It is constructed out of Black Epoxy Powder Coated T6 Aluminum, making it somewhat lightweight, yet incredibly strong and resilient to any harsh environmental conditions.
This Front Runner pro bed rack kit also comes with a standard Slimline II roof rack that sits on top of the bed rack, allowing you to mount additional gear, accessories, accessory mounts, and even a roof top tent that'll provide a safe shelter wherever you go. What's great about it is that you can also add a variety of accessories such as Wolf Pack Pro Cargo System Bracket that will hold your Wolf Pack storage crates, Molle Panels, MaxTrax, Universal accessory mounts, and pretty much combine them all to create an ultimate overlanding bed rack!
The Pro Bed Rack itself stands at the height of the Tacoma cab making it a very aerodynamic option that will not create wind drag or noise even when driving at high speeds. However, with the addition of the Slimline II rack attached to the top of the bed rack, the whole system is taller than the Tacoma cab, allowing you to mount a carry even longer items such as ladders, kayaks, skis, and many more. This Front Runned Pro Bed Rack is designed in a way that allows for easy access to the contents of your truck bed from any side you want.
