The distinctive feature of this platform rack system lies in its unique and highly adaptable load bars, setting it apart from conventional roof rack systems. Unlike typical designs, the ACS roof rack by Leitner derives its structural strength from its external frame rather than the longitudinal load bars. This innovative configuration provides you with the flexibility to attach as many or as few load bars as needed.

Moreover, the Leitner ACS roof rack's load bars offer remarkable versatility. They are not only fully adjustable but also wider and stronger compared to most other options. These load bars have dimensions of 4 inches in width, 1.2 inches in height, and boast two T-slots, a significant advantage over the single T-slot typically found on many platform racks. Crafted from aluminum with a thickness ranging from 1.5mm to 3mm, these load bars are more than twice as thick as those used in other platform roof racks available today.

Additionally, the Leitner ACS roof rack incorporates removable corner caps that simplify the attachment and proper wiring of rooftop accessories, such as auxiliary lighting. By detaching these corners, you can easily route wires through the openings within the external extrusion rails, ensuring the safety of your wires even in adverse weather conditions.
