I have had to cancel my trip at a huge expense not to mention the disappointment. 11-08-2021 Hello Ken, We understand your frustration about having to cancel the order but to clarify, we did proceed with the full refund of your order only 2 hours after it was requested. These procedures take a bit of time and we gave full priority to your case. We also apologize things didn't go as planned and we understand where your coming from. It's always a huge disappointment when carriers damage the product in transit but please bear in mind this was completely out of our hands. These situations are rare but they tend to happen from time to time. We were always very honest and transparent about what was happening and we did inform you about every step of the process via email and multiple calls. Anyways, we're also disappointed the replacement product couldn't make it on time, we really did our best.
