This is the strap that finishes your BillieBars tire tray setup. It is a genuine Voile strap branded with the BillieBars logo, and it is what actually secures your bike's rear wheel into the tray once you have it loaded. Voile straps are the industry standard for a reason: the stretchy polyurethane body grips hard, holds tension over washboard and rough trail, and does not slip loose the way a cam buckle or bungee will. The aluminum buckle takes real force without failing.
Use it with the Woopy XL Rear Tire Tray, the Woopy Rear Tire Tray, or the Original Rear Tire Tray. Trays are sold without a strap, so you need at least one of these to run any of them. Yes. BillieBars tire tray kits ship without a strap, so you need one to actually secure the bike wheel into the tray. The tray cradles the tire and the strap holds it down. Without it, the wheel is free to bounce out on rough terrain.
