This wall kit is built exclusively for the 23Zero Onyx 180 Awning, which is required and sold separately. It does not fit Peregrine awnings, and Peregrine walls or the Peregrine Weather Extension will not fit the Onyx.
The Onyx 180 Awning Wall Kit turns your awning into a fully enclosed camp shelter. Six modular panels zip around the entire awning footprint, blocking sun, wind, rain, and insects while giving you a private space off the side of your rig.
Three front doors each have a zippered insect screen with a solid weather flap, so on warm evenings you get a true awning screen room, and when weather turns you zip the flaps shut. A centered rear door connects straight to your vehicle or trailer. The canvas matches the awning: 320gsm polycotton honeycomb with 23Zero's Light Suppression Technology for noticeably cooler shade. Put up every wall, or only the ones the site and weather call for.
Zip On the Walls You Need
Each wall attaches along its top with a secure zipper, and neighboring panels zip together down the sides. Wall 6 locks in with an integrated Keder track for a clean, tight fit against the awning. The panels and awning are labeled, so you are not guessing which wall goes where. Run a single wall as a windbreak, a few for privacy, or all six for a full enclosure.

Screened Front Doors
Three large zippered doors, roughly 45 inches wide, each with an insect screen for airflow without bugs.
Solid Weather Flaps
Close over the screens when rain, wind, or colder air moves in, and roll them back when it clears.
Rear Vehicle Door
A centered door, about 42 inches wide, lets you move between the shelter and your vehicle or trailer without going outside.
Three front entries mean nobody climbs over anyone to get in or out, and you can open just the doors on the downwind side for ventilation. The rear door is the underrated one: grab gear from the back seat or tailgate without leaving the enclosure.
Cooler Inside Than You Expect
The walls use the same 320gsm polycotton honeycomb canvas as the awning, with 23Zero's Light Suppression Technology. The dark LST undercoating cuts heat, glare, and UV coming through the fabric, so the enclosed space stays noticeably cooler than a typical thin-walled shelter. Polycotton also breathes better than coated polyester, which keeps the air from getting stuffy with everyone inside. Reinforced edges and grommeted tie-down points hold the walls secure when properly staked.
Before You Set It Up
- Deploy all awning support legs first. The enclosure catches much more wind than an open awning, so the poles need to be down before any walls go on.
- Mount height matters. The kit is designed for an Onyx 180 mounted at about 6 feet high, with roughly 3 to 6 inches of allowance either way.
- Stake every panel. Staking is what gives the walls their weather performance and stability.
- Walls slope outward. Depending on mounting height, the panels angle out slightly so water runs off rather than pooling.
- Follow the labels. Panels and awning are marked to make placement quick.

Do I have to use all six walls?
No. Each wall zips on independently along the top and to its neighbors along the sides, so you can put up only the panels you need. One wall makes a windbreak, a few give privacy or block low sun, and all six create a full enclosure. Many people start with the windward side and add walls as the evening cools.
Can I use it as a screen room?
Yes. The three front doors each have a zippered insect screen, so with the solid flaps rolled back you get airflow while keeping bugs out. When rain or wind moves in, close the weather flaps over the screens. That makes it a practical awning screen room in summer and a weather shelter the rest of the year.
Does it have a floor?
No, it is a floorless enclosure. That keeps it lighter and lets you set up over any ground, including where you want a camp kitchen or a shower area. If you want a floor, add a ground mat or tarp inside. Stake every panel so the walls stay secure and shed water properly.
Does mounting height matter?
