23Zero Walkabout Softshell Roof Top Tent
The 23Zero Walkabout rooftop tent has a spacious queen-size bed, perfect for comfortably sleeping 6 adults all year round! Made with 23Zero's ECO13B Ripstop Canvas, this tent can withstand tough weather while keeping you safe inside. It also features 23Zero's LST (Light Suppression Technology) fabric, which keeps the tent cooler and darker, allowing for peaceful sleep even after sunrise.
With its LST fabric and large mesh-covered windows, the Walkabout rooftop tent offers crossflow ventilation to regulate the temperature inside. The entire tent is tape seam sealed to prevent leaks, even in heavy storms. With windows on all sides and a sky window for stargazing, you'll have a 360-degree view of your surroundings.
The heavy-duty frame of the Walkabout rooftop tent is made with rugged polyester-wrapped materials for durability. The main tent body has a stainless steel hinge connected to all moving metal parts, while the Extension connects with a lever lock adjustable frame pole, eliminating the need for separate storage. It also includes a snow pole or heavy weather pole to reduce water buildup on the roof over the ladder.
When not in use, simply cover the tent with the 23Zero Walkabout 2.0 Heavy-Duty 600D PVC travel cover to protect it from harsh elements and extend its lifespan.

- Reinforced critical joins: Our years of experience have taught us where the joins and areas that need reinforcement are; you can see the “Bar-tacks” ( ½ inch orange stitching ) in many places on the tent.
- Heavy Duty frame: The Polyester wrapped heavy duty frame incorporates features refined over years to provide strength and longevity. A Stainless steel hinge joined to all metal moving parts for the main tent body. The Extension is connected via a lever lock adjustable frame pole so there is no need to remove and store separately and has an additional snow pole or heavy weather pole that add tension to the extension over ladder to reduce the build of water on the roof.
- Two ladders and entrances: The Walkabout 87 is the Biggest Roof Top Tent (Soft-Shell). It comes with two ladders and two separate screened entrances.
- PCV backed center flap: The flap over the center join in the tent is double the width of traditional roof top tents and has been PCV backed to add strength and stability reducing gaps in nasty weather.
- Leak prevention: The entire tent is tape seam sealed to prevent leaks from seams; combined with the ECO13B fabric, you will stay dry even in the worst storm.
- Ultra Fine insect mesh: The ultra fine insect mesh screens on the windows and doors keep out the uninvited guests, even the small ones.
- Sky window: The Walkabout series of soft shell rooftop tents all feature a quick removable fly and sky window/s; this allows you to open the roof to stargaze on pleasant, clear nights. The Walkabout 87 has 2 extra large screened and solid zippered windows in the roof.
- Easy off transit cover: The Walkabout 2.0 Features a quick removal cover made from a heavy-duty 600D PVC cover that has been designed and tested to work from below 32 degrees to over 100 degrees.
