The two-piece system enables one-person installation—mount the 42 lb steel cradle first, then attach the 40 lb aluminum shell with integrated prerunner bar. Total installation time: 2-2.5 hours with basic hand tools.

Winch Integration

Steel winch cradle accommodates winches up to 12,000 lbs with body height under 10.1". Universal bolt pattern fits most major brands. Hand cutouts on both sides provide winch access for spooling, maintenance, and cable management without removing the bumper.

Important: WARN ZEON winches (10.5" tall) may require solenoid relocation or minor crossmember modification. Most other 12,000 lb class winches fit without modification.

Frame-Mounted Recovery Points

Recovery points attach directly to frame horns, independent of bumper structure. Recovery loads transfer to the frame, not through the aluminum shell. Each point accepts 3/4" D-ring shackles or soft shackles with rounded edges that won't damage synthetic recovery straps.
