30,000 Lumens, Everything in the Box
Cali Raised LED 32" Dual Row 5D Optic OSRAM LED Light Bar.
Most people buying their first serious off road light bar end up ordering three things: the bar, a harness that fits it, and a switch that works with the harness. Then they find the brackets are extra too.
This one arrives complete. The Cali Raised LED 32 inch dual row puts out 30,000 lumens from 300 watts across 60 premium OSRAM LEDs, with 5D optics for a wide radius and long throw. IP68 sealed, extruded aluminum housing, polycarbonate lens, GORE pressure equalizing vent, and over/under voltage protection. It ships with a plug-and-play harness, a standard switch, and mounting brackets with hardware. Universal fitment across all years, makes and models. Two-year Cali Raised LED warranty.
Dual Row and 5D Optics
Thirty thousand lumens out of a 32 inch LED light bar takes both of these working together.
Dual row puts two rows of emitters in the same span rather than one, which is how 60 LEDs fit into 32 inches. It makes the body taller than a slim single row, which is the trade you accept for the output.
5D optics shape each LED's output for a wide radius without giving up distance. A lot of bars force the choice: narrow and far, or wide and short. The 5D lens design is what lets a dual row LED light bar this size do both, which is what you actually want on unfamiliar trail where the hazards are to the sides as often as straight ahead.
About the OSRAM LEDs
The emitter brand is one of the few specs that genuinely separates light bars at a given price, and most listings never mention it.
OSRAM is a German lighting manufacturer whose automotive LEDs are used as original equipment across the industry. Running 60 of them is what backs the 30,000 lumen figure and the 50,000+ hour lifespan honestly rather than optimistically. Cheap unbranded emitters dim measurably within a season of hard use, and often vary in colour temperature across the bar, giving a patchy wash instead of an even one.
Harness, Switch and Brackets Included
Plug and Play Harness
Single-leg, relay-switched and ready to fit. No sourcing a harness rated for 300 watts separately.
Standard Switch
Comes with the harness, so there is no hunting for something compatible after the bar arrives.
Brackets and Hardware
Universal mounting brackets included. They fit a wide range of locations rather than one specific opening.
Worth being clear on the brackets: they are universal, not vehicle specific. They mount almost anywhere but are not cut for a particular bumper or rack cut-out. If you want a bar that drops flush into a specific opening, a vehicle-specific bracket kit is the better route and we can point you at one.
Which Cali Raised Bar Do You Need?
There are four in the range and they are genuinely different tools rather than four sizes of the same thing. If you are choosing an LED light bar for truck use, this table settles it.
| 32" Dual Row 5D (this bar) | 32" Slim Single Row | 32" Lo Pro Grille | 52" Curved | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lumens | 30,000 | 30,000 | 30,000 | 50,000 |
| Watts | 300 | 150 | 300 | 500 |
| Rows | Dual | Single | Dual | Dual |
| Optics | 5D | Standard | 5D | 5D |
| Profile | Standard | Slim | Low, for grilles | Standard, curved |
| Kit Contents | Harness, switch, brackets | Harness, switch, brackets | Not listed | Harness, switch, brackets |
This bar is the straightforward universal choice: full 5D OSRAM optics, everything in the box, mount it where you like.
The 32" slim single row if you need a narrow profile for a tight opening, or half the current draw.
The 32" Lo Pro Grille if the bar is going into a grille opening specifically.
The 52" curved if you want maximum output and have the mounting width and electrical headroom.
Why It Keeps Working
- Extruded aluminum housing. Stronger than cast, and it doubles as a heatsink, which keeps output stable through a long run.
- Integrated thermal management. LEDs dim and fail when they run hot. On 60 emitters at 300 watts, managing heat is the difference between rated output and real output twenty minutes in.
- Durable polycarbonate lens. Takes stone chips and trail debris without cracking the way acrylic does.
- GORE pressure equalizing vent. A sealed light heats and cools, and that cycle draws moisture past the seals. The GORE vent equalises air pressure while blocking water, which is how a sealed unit stays sealed.
- IP68 rated. Withstands dust, dirt and sand, and resists submersion to 1.5 metres for up to 30 minutes, which are the actual test conditions.
There is also over and under voltage protection, so a spike or a sagging battery does not take the bar with it, plus instant on and off with no warmup: full output the moment you hit the switch.
About the 300 Watt Draw
Worth the arithmetic before you fit it. 300 watts on a 12 volt system is roughly 25 amps, double the 32 inch slim bar and half the 52 inch curved.
The supplied harness is relay-switched and rated for it, so run the bar on that rather than tapping into something convenient. It is also best run with the engine going rather than off a parked battery. If you already have a winch, a fridge and a compressor on the system, add this to your total before you fit it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to buy anything else to fit it?
No. The bar ships with a plug-and-play single-leg wiring harness, a standard switch, and universal mounting brackets with hardware. That covers the install. The only thing worth considering separately is a vehicle-specific bracket kit if you want the bar to drop flush into a particular grille or rack opening rather than mount universally.
How is this different from the 32 inch Lo Pro Grille bar?
The optical package is the same: 300 watts, 60 OSRAM LEDs, 30,000 lumens, 5D optics, dual row. The difference is the housing and the mounting intent. The Lo Pro is shaped low specifically to sit in a grille opening. This one is the standard universal version that mounts anywhere, and it comes with the harness, switch and brackets.
What do 5D optics actually do?
They shape each LED's output for a wide radius without sacrificing distance. Most bars make you choose: narrow and far, or wide and short. The 5D lens design lets this one do both, which matters on unfamiliar trail where hazards sit to the sides as often as straight ahead. It is one of the genuine differences between a cheap bar and a good one.
What is the GORE vent for?
It solves the problem that kills sealed lights. A bar heats up running and cools when it stops, and that cycle creates pressure differences that pull moisture past the seals. The GORE pressure equalizing vent lets air pressure equalise while blocking water, so the unit stays sealed instead of slowly drawing condensation inside and losing LEDs one by one.
How much power does it draw?
300 watts, which is roughly 25 amps on a 12 volt system. That is double the 32 inch slim bar and half the 52 inch curved. The supplied harness is relay-switched and rated for it, so use that rather than tapping into something convenient, and run the bar with the engine going. Worth checking your total draw if you already have a winch and a fridge on the system.
