50,000 Lumens Across 100 OSRAM LEDs
Cali Raised LED 52" Curved Dual Row 5D Optic Light Bar.
With any 52 inch light bar there is a point where adding more light stops being about seeing further and starts being about seeing everything. A straight bar lights the road ahead. The ground either side of you, where the trail actually turns, stays dark.
This Cali Raised LED curved light bar is built for that. It is 52 inches of dual row output, 50,000 lumens from 500 watts across 100 premium OSRAM LEDs, with 5D optics that spread the beam wide without giving up distance. IP68 sealed, extruded aluminum housing, polycarbonate lens, GORE pressure equalizing vent. Universal fitment, and it ships with a plug and play harness, switch and mounting hardware. Two-year Cali Raised LED warranty.
Why Curved, and What 5D Optics Do
These two features work together, and between them they are the reason to choose this bar over a straight one.
The Curve
Follows the shape of the vehicle and pushes light out to the sides, so you see into corners rather than past them.
5D Optics
Shapes each LED's output for a wide radius without sacrificing throw. Width and distance, rather than one or the other.
Dual Row
Two rows of LEDs instead of one. Twice the emitters in the same length, which is where 50,000 lumens comes from.
The practical difference shows up on twisty trail at night. A straight single-row bar throws a narrow corridor of light dead ahead, and you are turning into darkness every time the trail bends. A curved bar with wide optics keeps the sides of the trail lit, which is where the obstacles and the drop-offs are.
About the OSRAM LEDs
The emitter brand is the spec most people skip, and it is one of the few that genuinely separates light bars at a given price.
OSRAM is a German lighting manufacturer whose automotive LEDs are used as original equipment across the industry. Running 100 of them is what lets this bar claim 50,000 lumens honestly rather than through creative arithmetic, and it is why the 50,000+ hour lifespan figure means something. Cheap unbranded emitters dim measurably within a season of hard use.
An OSRAM light bar also tends to hold its colour temperature consistently across all the emitters, so you get an even wash rather than a patchy one with hot and cool spots.
This or the 32" Slim Single Row?
Cali Raised makes both, and they are genuinely different tools rather than two sizes of the same thing.
| 52" Curved Dual Row (this bar) | 32" Slim Single Row | |
|---|---|---|
| Lumens | 50,000 | 30,000 |
| Watts | 500 | 150 |
| LEDs | 100 OSRAM | 60 |
| Rows | Dual | Single |
| Shape | Curved | Straight |
| Profile | Taller | Slim |
| Best For | Maximum output, wide trail coverage | Tight mounting spots, lower draw |
Choose this one if you want the most light available and you have the mounting space and electrical headroom for it.
Choose the 32" slim single row if you are fitting into a rack cut-out or a tight bumper slot, or your electrical system is already working hard.
About That 500 Watt Draw
Worth doing the arithmetic before you order, because this is a serious load.
500 watts on a 12 volt system is roughly 42 amps. For comparison, the 32 inch bar draws about 12.5 amps. This is more than three times that, and it is in the same territory as a decent winch under light load.
What that means in practice:
- It needs a properly fused, relay-switched circuit, which the supplied harness provides. Do not tap it into something convenient.
- Run it with the engine running rather than off a parked battery, unless you have a dual battery setup and know your numbers.
- If you already run a winch, a fridge, a compressor and a rooftop tent's lighting, add this to your total and check your alternator and wiring are up to it.
None of that is a reason not to fit it. It is a reason to plan it. Call us at 844-200-3979 if you want to talk through your electrical setup first.
Why It Keeps Working
Same durability package Cali Raised runs across their bars, and on a 500 watt unit the thermal side matters more than usual.
- Extruded aluminum housing. Stronger than cast, and it doubles as a heatsink, which is what keeps output stable on a bar putting out this much.
- Integrated thermal management. LEDs dim and fail when they run hot. On 100 emitters at 500 watts, managing that heat is the difference between rated output and real output twenty minutes in.
- Durable polycarbonate lens. Takes stone chips and trail debris without cracking the way acrylic does.
- GORE pressure equalizing vent. A sealed light heats and cools, and that cycle draws moisture past the seals. The GORE vent equalises air pressure while blocking water, which is how a sealed unit stays sealed.
- IP68 rated. Withstands dust, dirt and sand, and resists submersion to 1.5 metres for up to 30 minutes, which are the actual test conditions.
There is also over and under voltage protection, so a spike or a sagging battery does not take the bar with it, plus instant on and off with no warmup.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much power does it actually draw?
500 watts, which is roughly 42 amps on a 12 volt system. That is a serious load, comparable to a winch under light pull, and more than three times the 32 inch bar. It needs a properly fused, relay-switched circuit, which the supplied harness provides, and it is best run with the engine going rather than off a parked battery. Call us at 844-200-3979 if you want to check your setup first.
What difference does the curve make?
It pushes light out to the sides rather than only straight ahead. On twisty trail at night, a straight bar throws a narrow corridor and you turn into darkness every time the trail bends. A curved bar with 5D optics keeps the edges of the trail lit, which is where the obstacles and drop-offs are. The 5D optics widen the radius without giving up distance.
Why do OSRAM LEDs matter?
OSRAM is a German manufacturer whose automotive LEDs are used as original equipment across the industry. Running 100 premium OSRAM emitters is what backs the 50,000 lumen figure and the 50,000+ hour lifespan honestly. Cheap unbranded emitters dim measurably within a season of hard use and often vary in colour temperature across the bar, giving a patchy wash rather than an even one.
Should I get this or the 32 inch slim bar?
This one for maximum output and wide trail coverage, if you have the mounting space and the electrical headroom. The 32 inch slim single row if you are fitting into a rack cut-out or a tight bumper slot, or your electrical system is already loaded. The 32 draws about 12.5 amps against 42 here, and its slim profile fits where a dual row will not.
Will the brackets fit my vehicle?
The bar is universal and works with all years, makes and models, and the included brackets are universal rather than vehicle specific. They mount to a wide range of locations but are not cut for a particular bumper or rack opening. At 52 inches, measure your intended mounting point carefully. Call us at 844-200-3979 and we will check it suits before you order.
