The 6th gen 4Runner looks good from the factory, and plenty of owners do not want to swap that front end for a slab of steel that doubles the truck's visual weight. The catch is that the factory front end is mostly plastic, and plastic is not much use against a rock, a stump or a recovery strap.
Cali Raised LED's Stealth Front Bumper is their answer for the 2025 4Runner bumper problem. It is laser-cut, CNC-formed and welded from high-strength steel, CAD-designed specifically for the 6th gen, and built to sit low and tight so the truck keeps its body lines. You get steel protection, a better approach angle, recovery points, a cutout for a 32" LED light bar and the option to add a winch, all at around 50 lbs.
Minor Trimming Is Required
The bumper mounts with vehicle-specific brackets and a complete hardware kit, but minor trimming of the factory bumper is required so the Stealth Bumper can sit cleanly against the 6th gen's body lines. Cali Raised describe it as minimal trimming only.

Stealth Bumper or Full Replacement?
There are two ways to put a steel 4Runner front bumper on a 6th gen. A full replacement bumper swaps the whole front end for a large steel structure. A stealth bumper does the important work, protecting the front and adding recovery and lighting, while keeping the factory look.

Built Around a 32" Light Bar
The bumper has an integrated light bar cutout plus mounting for pods. Cali Raised designed the cutout around their own 32" Dual Row 5D Optic OSRAM LED bar, which fits exactly.

Dual row is preferred because it fills the cutout and gives you the most output. The 32" dual row is rated at 30,000 lumens from 300 watts and ships with its own harness and switch, so it drops straight into the bumper. Light bars are sold separately.
Adding a Winch
This 2025 4Runner front bumper is winch compatible, so it can double as a 2025 4Runner winch bumper, but the winch does not mount to the bumper on its own. You need the Cali Raised Winch Tray Mount, sold separately, which Cali Raised say is required for proper winch installation and secure mounting.
- Order the tray with the bumper if you plan to winch, so you are not taking the front end apart twice.
- Check your winch fits. Cali Raised describe the winch-ready design as model dependent. Tell us which winch you have or plan to buy, and we will confirm it with them.
- Think about front-end weight. A winch adds a lot of weight right at the nose. On top of the bumper, that is worth factoring into your front suspension choice.
Recovery Points and the Optional Bull Bar
The bumper includes integrated recovery points, which is one of the main reasons to replace a plastic factory front end in the first place. Cali Raised do not publish a working load rating for them, so use properly rated shackles and recovery gear, and ask us if you need the figure for your setup.
If you want more front-end protection or somewhere to mount extra lighting, Cali Raised make a Bolt-On Bull Bar designed specifically for this Stealth Bumper. It is sold separately and bolts on later if you decide you want it.

It is fabricated in-house at Cali Raised LED's shop in Fort Worth, Texas.
Installation
Fitting this 2025 4Runner front bumper takes 2 to 3 hours by Cali Raised's estimate. It comes with vehicle-specific mounting brackets and a complete hardware kit, and the only modification is the minor trimming of the factory bumper.
- Measure twice, trim once. Mark the trim lines carefully and take off a little at a time. You can always remove more.
- Look after the sensors. Keep track of any front sensor wiring while you work, and check everything works before you finish.
- Get a second person. A 50 lb bumper is awkward to hold in place while you start bolts.
- Running a winch? Follow the winch tray instructions for the order of assembly before the bumper goes on.
- Re-check the bolts after your first trail run or recovery.
