Underneath that trick is a proper platform. This Cali Raised roof rack is a 2025 4Runner roof rack built from the ground up for the new truck. It bolts to the 2025+ 4Runner's factory mounting points with no cutting or drilling, comes with six black extrusion crossbars, and is rated at 500 lbs dynamic and 1,000 lbs static. It sits low and tight to the roof, adding about 4 inches of height, and it is ready for a rooftop tent, kayaks, an awning, recovery boards or a full 360-degree lighting setup.
The Adjustable LED Wind Deflector
This is the feature that sets this rack apart. The wind deflector at the front is adjustable, and it does three jobs.

Side, Rear and 360-Degree Lighting

Fitment and Height
This 6th gen 4Runner roof rack is built for every 2025+ trim, including SR5, TRD Sport, TRD Sport Premium, TRD Off-Road, TRD Off-Road Premium, Limited, Platinum, Trailhunter and TRD Pro. It is not designed for 2010-2024 or older 4Runners.
It adds roughly 4 inches to the truck's overall height. Whether you still clear your garage depends on your tyre size, any lift, and what you mount on top, so measure your truck with the rack fitted before you drive in for the first time. A rooftop tent on top adds a lot more.
Installation
The rack is 100% bolt-on at the factory roof mounting points, with no drilling, cutting or major modification. Cali Raised rate it easy to moderate and estimate 1.5 to 2 hours. All installation hardware and the extrusion bars are included.
- Get a second person. Cali Raised recommend two people for handling and placing the rack.
- Use a torque wrench. Basic hand tools and a torque wrench are all you need. Torque to spec rather than by feel.
- Seal the mounting points. Automotive-grade silicone around the mounts adds extra weather protection.
- Set the deflector before you drive. Check it sits where you want it and is secure before the rack's first highway run.
- Re-check the bolts after the first few hundred miles and after your first rough trail.
