Two Things to Know About Flush Mounting

There are two ways to fit a Tacoma bumper light bar in the lower opening, and they look completely different once installed. One hides the bar behind the grille. This one puts it in front, flush with the opening, where it is meant to be seen.
This Cali Raised LED kit is the flush version: custom-designed, laser-cut brackets fabricated in-house in Fort Worth, Texas, powder-coated in durable black semi-gloss mini texture. It includes the brackets as a pair, a 32 inch slim single row LED bar in traditional LED or amber, and a wiring harness, with an option to add an OEM switch. All single row bars are combo beam. Hidden or Flush? The Real Difference
Cali Raised makes both, and choosing between them is the actual decision with any Tacoma grille light bar. It is not just a styling preference.

Choose flush if you want the bar seen and want nothing between the LEDs and the trail. Nothing in front of the bar means nothing interrupting the beam.
Choose hidden if you want the install reversible and modification-free, or you would rather the bar not announce itself. Cali Raised notes that mounting behind the grille does not affect the performance of the light, so hidden is not a compromise on output.

Traditional LED or Amber
This kit gives you the choice, and at bumper height it matters more than it would up top.
Traditional LED is the brighter option. It throws further and shows colour and detail properly, which is what you want on clear open trail.
Amber cuts through dust, fog and falling snow far better. White light scatters off airborne particles and reflects straight back at you, and a low-mounted bar sits right in the dust cloud your own front tyres kick up. If you spend time in desert dust or drive in fog regularly, amber earns its place at this height more than at any other.
All single row bars in this kit are combo beam: concentrated throw in the centre with spread at the edges, which suits the mixed terrain most people actually drive.

The brackets are custom-designed and laser cut for the 2016-2023 Tacoma, and fabricated in-house in Fort Worth, Texas rather than sourced in. They are powder-coated in durable black semi-gloss mini texture for corrosion resistance, which matters on a part sitting in the lower bumper collecting road spray and salt.
The bar itself uses extruded aluminum housing, a durable polycarbonate lens, and integrated thermal management. At bumper height, the polycarbonate lens is the one that earns its keep, because this is where stone chips land.
Brackets are sold as a pair with hardware included. Works with all Toyota grilles and most aftermarket grilles, though if you are running an aftermarket grille it is worth checking with us first.
