The Legacy Smart QC Fridge/Freezer is more than a cooling solution—it’s a rugged, intelligent system built for serious off-road use. Featuring the new proprietary Off-Road Compressor, ultra-dense insulation, stainless steel construction, and full app control via the NL Connect App, this fridge is engineered to cool faster, stay cold longer, and do it all with less power consumption than ever before.
PERFORMANCE & TECHNOLOGY
At the heart of the new Legacy Smart QC is National Luna’s Off-Road Compressor, developed in-house for maximum efficiency and durability. This powerhouse compressor cools rapidly, automatically switching to idle mode once your set temperature is reached to reduce power draw. Designed to perform in extreme environments, it runs from 9.6V–31.5V DC and 100V–240V AC, with automatic switching and a built-in AC/DC electronic power supply.
Smarter power control is built in. Choose from Low, Medium, or High battery cut-out settings to protect your battery, and fine-tune your performance using the programmable intelligent controller. The digital thermostat displays both the setpoint and actual temperature, and Turbo mode can be manually or automatically activated for rapid cooling when needed.
The integrated NL Connect App (via Bluetooth) allows full control and real-time monitoring from your smartphone. From adjusting temperatures to switching operating modes or receiving fault alerts, everything you can do on the fridge itself can now be done remotely.
CONSTRUCTION & INSULATION
The Legacy Smart QC’s premium build quality is designed for the toughest conditions. A rigidized 430 stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior provide excellent thermal conductivity and durability, while copper cooling piping ensures even temperature distribution—no more cold or hot spots.
Using a high-pressure foam injection process, high-density insulation (40mm & 60mm) is bonded to every surface, dramatically increasing cold retention while minimizing energy consumption. The result: your fridge stays cooler for longer with less power.
With a compact footprint but maximum internal volume, every inch is optimized for performance and storage. Dual polycarbonate baskets, interior LED lighting, and lockable latches ensure both convenience and peace of mind on the trail.

I cannot see any devices in NL CONNECT. What do I do?
Make sure Bluetooth and location services are active, and that the fridge is powered on and within range. The product must be a supported model, like the Legacy Smart or Legacy Smart QC.
Are there any costs to use NL CONNECT?
No. The app is free to download and use.
Which products can I connect to with NL CONNECT?
