This is a shorter and lighter version of the full rack kit for the Discovery L3/L4 by Front Runner.

This 3/4 Slimline II Roof Rack Kit is 1255mm Wide x 1560 mm Long. It has a static load rating of 660 lbs and it has been tested on the toughest trails in South Africa, and it excelled.

This 1560mm/61.4" 3/4 size Slimline II cargo roof rack kit contains the Slimline II Tray, Wind Deflector and 2 Foot Rails to mount the Slimline II Tray to your Land Rover Discovery LR3/LR4.

It easily installs using the existing factory mounting points and no drilling required.

This is the ideal roof rack for your longer road trips, camping trips, or for your everyday city life. You'll be able to mount any roof top tent, carry kayaks, fishing rods, surfboards and other accessories without any problem.

If your vehicle has a DAB antenna, the table can be inserted from either the right hand side or the left hand side of the roof rack to steer clear of the DAB antenna. If your vehicle does not have a DAB antenna, you may also orientate the table to mount from the rear of the roof rack.

The t-slots on the tops and bottoms of the rack tray slats and edge profiles accommodate standard 8mm bolts.
To determine the approximate height from your vehicle’s roof to the top of your Slimline II Roof Rack, add the height of the Slimline II Tray (50mm/ 2") to the height of the Foot, Grab-on Foot or Strap-On Foot listed above.
If your Slimline II Roof Rack kit uses Legs, add the height of the Slimline II Tray (50mm/ 2") to the height of the Legs to determine the height of the rack from your vehicle’s rain gutters.
If your Slimline II Roof Rack kit uses Foot Rails, add the height of the Slimline II Tray (50mm/ 2") to the height of the Foot Rails to determine the height of the rack from the crown (highest point) of the vehicles roof.

FAQs:

Does the rack leave enough clearance for the satellite link on the roof of the LR3/LR4 or do you have to reposition the crossbars to accommodate it? And, what is the roofline (or factory tracks) to the top of the roof rack height? The LR3/LR4 Front Runner Roof Rack (KRLD029T) is designed to accommodate the satellite antenna. As for the hight of the rack it is around 4 1/2 to 5 inches from the top of the roof to the top of the rack.
Does this rack still allow you to open the sunroof? Yes, this rack system will not limit any functions of your Land Rover.
