This 1560mm/61.4" long, full-size, Slimline II cargo carrying roof rack kit for the Land Rover Range Rover Sport L320 contains the Slimline II Tray, Wind Deflector, 2 Tracks and 4 Feet. Drilling is required for installation.

All Front Runner Rack Kits contain installation instructions as well as all the components needed to mount the Slimline II Tray to your vehicle.

The t-slots on the tops and bottoms of the rack tray slats and edge profiles accommodate standard 8mm bolts.
To determine the approximate height from your vehicle’s roof to the top of your Slimline II Roof Rack, add the height of the Slimline II Tray (50mm/ 2") to the height of the Foot, Grab-on Foot or Strap-On Foot listed above.
If your Slimline II Roof Rack kit uses Legs, add the height of the Slimline II Tray (50mm/ 2") to the height of the Legs to determine the height of the rack from your vehicle’s rain gutters.
If your Slimline II Roof Rack kit uses Foot Rails, add the height of the Slimline II Tray (50mm/ 2") to the height of the Foot Rails to determine the height of the rack from the crown (highest point) of the vehicles roof.

Land Rover Range Rover Sport L320 (2005-2013) Slimline II Roof Rack

*THIS KIT USES UNIVERSAL COMPONENTS WHICH REQUIRE MODIFICATION TO WORK WITH THE FACTORY MOUNTING POINTS IN YOUR VEHICLE’S ROOF. IF THE WORK IS NOT COMPLETED BY FRONT RUNNER OR ONE OF THEIR DEALERS, THE DIY CUSTOMER ASSUMES LIABILITY FOR THE RACK SYSTEM AND THE SAFETY OF ITS INSTALLATION*

Procedure:

1. Remove three plastic fasters from ditch molding on both sides. Try unscrewing them so the barbed plastic does not break off in the nut. If this happens, extract the plastic without damaging the threads.

2. Mark in the center of the TBRU004 track from front to back at 221mm, 800mm, and 1357.5mm. Align the 800mm mark with the center mounting point on the roof and ensure the other two marks line up with the front and rear.

3. Determine where to make small bends in the rail to form it to the roof. Working from the center of the track forward and back, bend the track by placing it on a hard table with plywood underneath and hitting it with a dead blow hammer. More frequent small bends will look/fit better than a few large bends. When you get to the front and back end, 'over-bend' the track slightly to create a little pre-load. This keeps the tip of the track pressed to the roof since the factory mounting point is farther away from the end.

4. Place three of the clamp plates that came with the tracks on the factory roof trim. This acts as a spacer between the factory mounting point and the track. Lay out the protective rubber under the track and secure the track to the roof using M6 x 25mm countersunk bolts. You may have to cut your bolts down or source them yourself as this is a DIY kit with universal parts.

5. Assemble rack tray with low-pro wind deflector WDST009 underneath front slat.

6. Locate top half of feet on rack (40-50mm feet on 1st & 5th slat, 75 angled foot on 8th slat).

7. Locate bottom half of feet on tracks, measure their distances out to match and secure.

8. Place rack on roof and thread center bolts into feet.

9. Level rack with the vehicle and tighten center bolts of feet in this location.

10. Tighten upper bolts of feet. Finish off with nut caps
