The bed is now a bedroom, the camper roof is often off limits or awkward with a pop-top, and the strip of space in front of it goes unused. The Cub is the Sherpa PEAK truck camper roof rack that turns that strip into a working platform on the 2022-2026 Tundra.
Unlike a camper shell roof rack that sits on top of the shell itself, this Tundra CrewMax roof rack mounts in front of your camper on a 5.5 foot bed truck, carrying 300 lbs dynamic and 600 lbs static at roughly 45 lbs. Five 53 inch crossbars give you a flat, reachable surface for a solar panel, traction boards, a shovel, recovery gear, or the cargo that no longer fits in the bed. Two 1/4 inch mounting feet with rivet attachments do the work. Choose a Full Height wind fairing or a Half Height fairing sized for a single-row light bar. Built for the GFC on a 3rd Gen Tundra
The Cub comes in one size, 43 inches, sized to fit a GFC Camper on a Tundra CrewMax with a 5.5 foot bed, model years 2022 through 2026.
That is deliberately narrow. Camper racks live in the gap between the cab and the camper body, and that gap changes with the camper, the bed length, and the truck generation. What This Space Is Good For

The most common use. A flat, forward-facing platform that keeps the panel clear of the camper roof and the pop-top mechanism.

How the Cub Installs
The rack mounts with two 1/4 inch mounting feet and rivet attachments, which means drilling and setting rivets. Unlike the larger 48 inch Bear Paw, the Cub does not use pressure mounts, since the shorter 43 inch span does not need them.

What is the difference between the Cub and the Bear Paw?
The truck. The Cub fits the 2022-2026 3rd Gen Tundra at 43 inches, and the Bear Paw fits the 2007-2021 Tundra in 48 inch and 30 inch sizes. Load rating, crossbars, and mounting method are the same on both. The Bear Paw's 48 inch version also includes two adjustable pressure mounts, which the shorter Cub does not need.
Can I mount a solar panel on it?
Yes, and it is the most common use. Mounting a panel here keeps it off the camper roof and clear of the pop-top mechanism, while giving it an unobstructed forward-facing position. The crossbar slots take standard mounting hardware, and at 300 lbs dynamic there is plenty of rating left for boards and gear alongside it.
