Trail Trailer MOD

Constructed from durable powder-coated steel, the modular trailer (MOD) for passenger vehicles is a rugged off-road trailer crafted for straightforward use in demanding terrains like rocky mountains, muddy streams, and snowy paths. Its toughness guarantees protection against wear, even in harsh conditions.

Personalize your Trail Trailer MOD according to your preferences by incorporating extra features such as a street-legal light kit, an awning, table or shelf, and a spare tire carrier. Elevate your outdoor experience by contemplating the addition of a roof-top tent.

Flatbed

Among the four mentioned versions, the Trail Trailer MOD flatbed trailer is notably the most simple one. This flat, lightweight platform allows for tailored customization to accommodate a wide array of gear for your travels, be it firewood, refrigerators, bikes, motorcycles, cargo boxes, racks, kayaks, rafts, or other equipment, offering a versatile solution.

With its channel track system, the trailer ensures the secure attachment of essential gear, eradicating worries about items slipping during transportation. As the most basic version, you can enhance its functionality by integrating features like a gear tub or gear towers for added customization.

The enclosed walls of the gear tub create a secure space, enabling you to confidently load your trailer with items such as chairs, tables, coolers, stoves, boxes, and various other gear and accessories. This gear tub trailer offers protected storage for all your equipment, featuring a fully removable soft cover and a convenient drop-down tailgate.

Adding to its flexibility, the gear tub incorporates a channel track system mounted on the top of its walls. This feature allows you to affix extra gear towers and other accessories for your upcoming outdoor ventures. Moreover, the walls of this gear tub trailer are equipped with a track system, complete with cleats for mounting tables, sinks, stoves, and other valuable accessories while at your campsite.

Gear Tower

Incorporating towers into your Trail Trailer opens up the opportunity to attach a roof-top tent and other items such as canoes and kayaks, making them accessible for your adventures. These gear towers function as versatile roof racks for your modular trailer, enabling you to secure a variety of equipment on top of them while leaving space below for additional gear.

With a flatbed storage area of 17.25 square feet and 23.64 cubic feet of storage when the gear tub is installed, you have ample space to store all necessary resources, reducing the load on your vehicle. TRAIL TRAILER MOD PV CONFIGURATIONS:

Flatbed:

Each MOD starts with a welded steel flatbed chassis like the one you see in this picture. This subframe features 3 full-length channels of Universal Rail. These provide the MOD with limitless tie-down or mounting locations for additional accessories like our towers, tubs, etc.

Short Tower:

The Short Tower configuration consists of a flatbed with short towers bolted directly to it or even on top of the TUB. The short tower has a clearance of 15.5" and features an impressive dynamic load weight capacity of 300lbs and a static load weight capacity of 600lbs, strong enough to support the weight of your gear, accessories, or even a roof top tent.

Tall Tower:

The TALL TOWER bolts directly to the FLATBED using the universal mounting rails and THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE TUB). The TALL Tower has a clearance of 49" and features an impressive 300lbs of dynamic weight load capacity as well as a 600lbs of static weight capacity which is enough to support the weight of your roof top tent as well as a variety of other gear and accessories you'll need on your next adventure!

Tub:

The TUB features Powder Coated Steel Construction with a locking tailgate and a diamond plate skid rigid lid. The TUB is a great option for keeping all your valuables safe form the elements on your adventures. Optional bolt-on accessories include the short tower on which you can mount your roof top tent, and a full-size slide.

Tub + Short Tower:

The TUB + SHORT TOWER is the perfect combo for out-of-sight storage and gear-mounting real estate. It features an impressive 300lbs of dynamic load weight capacity as well as 600lbs of static load weight capacity, enough to support the weight of your roof top tent as well as any valuable gear needed for your next adventure.

Tub + Tower + Tent

Add your favorite Roof Top Tent to the MOD. The TUB + SHORT TOWER is the perfect combo for out-of-sight storage and gear-mounting real estate. Keep in mind that you CANNOT add a tall tower on top of your TUB. Use the tub to store and protect your valuables from the elements and mount the rest of your gear, cargo boxes, or boards beneath the tent for extra storage options.
