This ARB base rack does not require a supporting subframe and does not flex under heavy load which enables you to load it up with a variety of heavy gear without having to worry if it'll bend under pressure. As we already mentioned before, this is also an incredibly low profile roof rack system.
It does not add to the bulkiness of your vehicle but rather fits perfectly into the frame without adding unnecessary height which is always useful especially when entering a garage. It also does not affect the aerodynamics of your vehicle nor does it create noise even when driving at high speeds!
