Crafted
Manufactured in Colorado with precision laser-cut 1/4" aluminum towers formed with CNC accuracy by Sherpa's team of professionals. They have created a very stout mounting structure, secured with stainless steel hardware and nylock nuts, that will keep your gear where you need it. Nylock nuts matter on a bed rack in particular, because washboard and trail vibration are exactly what loosens standard hardware over time.
Adaptable
Sherpa knows the importance of mounting all of your goodies on your rig. With the PAK System, you have the ability to mount just about anything, anywhere. With slots and holes all over, plus Sherpa's line of PAK accessories, you will never find yourself wishing you could mount something. Five or six 48 inch extrusion crossbars, depending on bed length, plus two 46 inch main bars, give you mounting positions along the full bed.

5.5' Bed or 6.5' Bed
Every F-150 bed rack has to account for two bed lengths, and this one is built to yours. The longer 6.5 foot version is not just stretched: it adds a third pair of towers and an extra riser crossbar so the longer span stays properly supported.

Rack Height or Mid Height?
The PAK System comes in two heights. This listing is Rack Height, which brings the platform level with the cab roof. Mid Height sits lower, below the roofline.
Choose Rack Height if you are running a rooftop tent or want the bed and cab racks to work as one platform. Choose Mid Height if you mostly carry bikes, boards, cans, and recovery gear and want them within reach. Call us to confirm Mid Height availability for your F-150.

Will it fit my F-150 or Raptor?
If it is a 2021 through 2026 14th Gen, yes. It works as a Ford Raptor bed rack exactly as it does on the standard F-150, in both the 5.5 foot and 6.5 foot beds. It will not fit 2015-2020 13th Gen trucks. Call us at 844-200-3979 with your year and bed length if you want confirmation.
What changes between the 5.5' and 6.5' versions?
Length and support. The 5.5 foot version is 56 inches long with four towers, two riser crossbars, and five rack crossbars. The 6.5 foot version is 69 inches long with six towers, three riser crossbars, and six rack crossbars. The extra towers keep the longer span properly supported rather than just stretching the frame. Height and load rating are the same on both.
Can I mount a rooftop tent on it?
Yes, and Rack Height is built for it. 400 lbs dynamic covers the tent plus accessories while driving, and 1,000 lbs static covers the tent plus occupants once parked. With the platform level with the cab, a longer tent can overhang toward the cab without clearance issues. Should I choose Rack Height or Mid Height?
Rack Height puts the platform level with the cab roof, which suits a rooftop tent, pairing with a cab rack, or long loads that clear the cab. Mid Height sits below the roofline for a lower center of gravity, less wind drag, and easier reach from the ground. If a tent is in the plan, choose Rack Height. Is the cab rack included?

Is this the same PAK System as the Tacoma version?
