The Toyota Tacoma Xtra Cabrac is no exception. This ultimate platform roof rack is a high-quality, reliable, and completely bolt-together roof rack for 1st generation Toyota Tacoma (1995-2004) in the extra cab configuration.
Note however, this particular rack requires you to drill into the roof of your Tacoma, providing a more secure mounting system for the rack.
Capable of carrying pretty much all the products you desire, from kayaks, to boards, and even roof top tents. Prinsu's racks static load capacity varies depending on the amount of crossbars, but most of them have at least a 500 lbs weight capacity.
Features:
- Power coated in stain black texture
- 2 laser cut side rails constructed of 3/16" 5052 aluminum plate
- The rails have 3 mounting platforms each that will allow you to bolt the rack into 10 rivet nut plus nuts that you will install
- The 5 plus nuts on each side of the roof
- You will have to drill 5 holes in each side of the rooftop
- Crossbars made from an aluminum extrusion that has a top facing T-slot channel - allowing enormous flexibility for tie-downs and mounting options on the rack itself
- The rack is completely black, as well as all assembly hardware.
- 1/8" 5052 aluminum plate wind deflector to help with aerodynamics and prevent wind noise
- Comes standard with 5 cross bars for cargo and 2 additional for mounting of a wind deflector, lightbar or combination of the two
